In our social live we always need “Communication” with the other and this is disposition from human, it is natural.
We must keep thinking about on the above condition until we cannot say anything, mean is in our live process we will be meet with “Talk” and in the talk we have ask and answer the question, what ever the condition at that time, happiness or angry condition or may be in tight condition, once more again the communication is natural.
If we understand that communication is natural we will get more ideas and get an opportunity as follows:
A. We do not be trap in confusing or stress condition when we must to answer from people who ask you about something point although at that time you have tight condition for example: presentation.
B. We will prepare all about your answer and have a good imaging the question possibly happen.
C. We will think that the others is human being, they need to know about your thinking in clearly as yours, so with this act you will be more respect on the question including the answer. And in this attitude you will be not looking who is talking but you only hear what his/her talking about.
Here some tips on how we become in Question and Answer:
1. Do not rush to answer and for your thoughtful, it will be giving you 2 advantages as follows: first a chance to think and second, give the questioner opinion that their question was important, this is respect form for the audience on their question.
2. Make the audience focuses on you with make Repeat and Summarize the question. It is important for the audience may some not be heard and give you more time for your analyze about the question and the answer.
3. Recognize as many people as possible, but you must remember that you have time limits, with limitation too the questions in one time and your answer is to the point. If any other question from audience add more information. Don’t become ramble situation.
4. Do not inside to “Debate” trap. Remember that you to provide information not discussion or debate and give the audience your massage that you not interest on it. Cut their debate invite, for example you can say “Thank you for your view point and next question!”
5. Do not let the questioner give you the long question; remember point 3 on the above, because many audience need ask to you too. Because of that you must cut down monopolized action with your massage that you need a short question but to the point.
6. For your answer you must be honest, give the audience with the truth answer not your suppose answer only and if you do not know about the answer you must say “I don’t know” but you voice is calm, credible and not uncertain or unsure.
More better if you add the answer “I will get my answer to you as soon as possible as I have them and sent you a memo on that”, and also do not forget to ask the questioner Business Card or detail address.
7. Leave The Platform on high note.
You must keep calm and confident also keep smiling, if you understand about all on the above you will be thinking that not all questions are critical. The question be present because need your information or your comment.
